Rossbeg Point
Rossbeg, Westport, Co. Mayo

Rossbeg Point is a spectacular contemporary House situated on over five acres of land right on Clew Bay having over three-eights of a mile of sea shore frontage and located right on the outskirts of Westport. Being situated at the end of the Rossbeg Peninsula provides total privacy and seclusion whilst enjoying magnificent views of Clew Bay, Croagh Patrick and Achill Island. This house has a unique architectural design with the use of stone to the interior, broad overhanging eaves to a low gently sloping roof and numerous corner windows to maximize the spectacular, breathtaking panoramic views from all principal rooms.

The land has been contoured and is landscaped with trees, shrubs and maintained grass area.

The House is located on the highest point of the land close to the seashore to maximize the views and the original contours of the land are reflected in the interior of the House where various levels match the form of the land.

The house was built in 1995.

The paved patio area to the West of the property is not railed off leaving a drop of 5ft or so from the edge of the patio. When you visit the property you will understand why it is this way, as it would destroy the excellent views one enjoys from all windows in the property. As a result of this we must stipulate that this property is totally unsuitable for younger children. Older children and adults must also heed the warning signs on display in the property.

Features:
• An abundance of Velux roof windows that make the interior light and airy
• An entry hall that intentionally conceals the magnificent views until one is well inside the House
• Windows that wrap around corners of rooms to accentuate the expansive views
• Under floor heating
• A dual 110/220v electrical system throughout the House
• Interior and Exterior security systems
• An attached garage with an automatic door opener
