These are two and three bedroomed apartments
within a newly constructed block. The Parklands development is exclusive and privately owned.

The building itself is in a quiet cul de sac and is surrounded by large gardens ideally suited as a play area for children. The Town Centre is just a five minute walk away where you will find all the quality restaurants and pubs the town has to offer.

The apartments, decorated and furnished to a luxury standard, are serviced by a lift and have a telephone security system.

Accommodation offered comprises two bedroomed and three bedroomed apartments.The two bedroomed have one ensuite with sleeping arrangments for 4/6 (ie., one double, two single beds and one settee/divan. The three bedroomed have one ensuite with sleeping arrangments for 6 (ie. a twin room double, one single and a settee/divan). Linen is provided with duvets, towels are also provided free of charge. A child's cot and high chair are available on request. No linen is supplied for the child's cot.

Kitchen facilities include fridge/freezer, cooker, automatic washing machine and drier. Iron/ironing board and crockery/cutlery/saucepans provided. The apartments also offers electric central heating, instant heated shower, water heating immersion and colour television with videoplayer.

No pets allowed. Ample car parking.


Directions
When you reach the first set of traffic lights as you reach Westport from Castlebar, go through the lights to the next junction (before bridge). Turn right and right again at the next lights. Take the first left at the church. This road leads to Parklands which is 100 metres down the road on the right-hand side.
