The house is well constructed with all modern conveniences. Each of these properties have different layout. Some are 4 bedroom which sleep seven. Others have four conventional bedrooms that sleep eight with fifth room, normally a second T.V/reading room, which has a double pullout sofa bed. The master bedroom in all cases is ensuite. There is also a toilet/shower downstairs and, of course, a main bathroom upstairs. Linen is provided with duvets, towels are also provided free of charge. A child’s cot and high chair are available on request. No linen is supplied for the child’s cot. Kitchen facilities include fridge, microwave, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and drier and electric cooker. Iron/ironing board, Crockery/cutlery/saucepans provided. Clothes line in the garden. The property also offers colour television with all channels and video, water heating immersion, oil central heating, open fire in the living room. There is an enclosed tarred area to the rear of the property. No pets allowed. Car parking available for 3/4 cars. ESB and central heating oil are metered charges not inclusive. Directions Driving into Westport town from Castlebar, go over the bridge and straight up Bridge Street. When you come to the clock at the top of the street, continue on up slightly left, this is High Street. Go over the bridge at the top of the hill, turn left and you will see the Monastry View houses slightly in front of you. |
