Situated 1.6 miles from Louisburgh near the main Killadoon/Louisburgh Road it is located on an elevated site allowing spectacular views of the wild Atlantic Coastline. It is also 5 minutes drive (2.5 miles) from a sandy beach (Carramore). Louisburgh is a very popular tourist town. It has many pubs and boasts a top quality restaurant with two of the pubs offering bar food. Louisburgh has the advantage of not getting overly crowded even during the high tourist season. If you wish to visit a busy tourist town Westport is only a short drive away. The cottage is ideally located for touring North Connemara, shore fishing and many other outdoor activities. The house comprises of three bedrooms with one ensuite and sleeps up to six persons. There is one double and four single beds. Linen is provided with duvets, towels are also provided free of charge. A child's cot and high chair are available on request. No linen is supplied for child's cot. The property also has an added bonus of a sauna room. Kitchen facilities include microwave, gas cooker, range, washing machine/drier, iron/ironing board. Crockery/cutlery/saucepans provided. The property also offers colour television, oil fired central heating, open fire in living room, water heating immersion and instant heating shower. ESB and central heating oil charges not inclusive and details to be given on arrival. Directions from Louisburgh: Take the Killadon road for one mile and go straight on at the right hand bend on the road. On this country road, go straight on past two left hand junctions.
