Property bookings commence Saturday at 5.00 p.m.

INITIAL PAYMENT
An initial payment of €100 of the rental cost shall be sent with the booking form to Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes, to confirm booking.
OUTSTANDING BALANCE
The balance outstanding will be paid 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
OCCUPATION
The property will be available from 5.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on the day of departure. The accommodation is for use ONLY of the party shown on the booking form. The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed the maximum party size stated in the property description guide.
PETS
See individual houses for details.
LINEN
All houses are supplied with bed linen. Linen/bedding are not supplied for the cot. (4* properties come with towels also).
CHILDS COT/HIGH CHAIR
A childs cot/high chair can be provided if requested on booking form. (4* properties only).
CHANGEOVER DAY
Bookings are made Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise indicated. Arrival times 5.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. If later than this arrangements to be made with property supervisor. Departure time final day - before 10.00 a.m.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY
Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes will do their best to ensure that any booking made by them will be to your satisfaction. Holidaymakers who accept bookings agree and acknowledge that Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes shall not become liable or responsible for loss, damage or injury to property or persons in connection to such holidays.
LOST ITEMS
Will be retained at our office for up to 4 weeks after departure.
PRICES
The attached prices are in Euros and IR Punts per week for the holiday property. Unless specifically included, the holidaymaker is responsible for paying all charges for telephones, gas, electricity and other fuel supplied to the property during the rental.
DAMAGES OR BREAKAGES
The holidaymaker is responsible for leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition on termination of the holiday. They are also liable for any breakages or damages at the property which occur during the period of their occupancy. Breakages to be notified to Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes immediately. A deposit of €130 is to be made to the supervisor on arrival to cover fuel/breakages. It will be returned by post within one week of departure when a full check of the property has taken place, breakages and damages declared or discovered must be paid for before departure.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your booking you must immediately notify Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes in writing. We will do our best to re-sell the cancelled holiday and if successful will refund the monies paid €25 administration charge.
AVAILABILITY
The booking is made on the understanding that the accommodation will be made available by the owner to the holidaymaker on the due date, unless Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes is unable to provide the accommodation due to circumstances outside their control (e.g. damage to the property). In such an event Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes will endeavour to provide alternative accommodation. If either is not possible or unacceptable, all monies received will be returned and the holidaymaker will have no further claim against the owner or Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints should be reported immediately to the supervisor or caretaker. If still unresolved the complaint must be in writing to Atlantic Coast Holiday Homes, within 14 days of holiday ending.
